其实每个人都是抱着想要过一个安安稳稳的生活,但是这世界就是会有几个比较偏激的想法希望改变世界,认为恐吓别人来造就自己的成就,导致很多无辜的生命就此结束。<br />
咳...这世界和平会不会到来的那一天啊?<br />

鸡蛋 1颗<br />
蛋黄 3颗<br />
蛋白 3颗<br />
低筋面粉 50g<br />
油 40g<br />
糖 50g<br />
牛奶 25g<br />
香兰汁 25g<br />
<br />
<span style="color: purple;"><b>做法</b></span>:<br />
1. 将油倒入小锅中加热,关火后加入面粉搅拌至无颗粒<br />
2. 将全蛋,蛋黄,牛奶,香兰汁搅拌均匀后,把面粉浆(1)倒入混合<br />
3. 糖分次加入蛋白,将蛋白打至中性发泡(搅拌器拿起时蛋白1/3垂下)<br />
4. 把1/3的蛋白加入香兰浆中轻轻混合均匀.<br />
5. 然后倒入剩下的蛋白用切拌方式轻轻混合均匀<br />
6. 倒入模子,轻敲两下后放进已预热170度烤箱 烤 30分钟, 再调小至150度继续考30分钟即可.<br />
7. 直接倒扣至凉.<br />

1. 将腌料和猪肉混合均匀(除了玉米粉)腌制30分钟以上<br />
2. 将玉米粉倒入腌制好的猪肉混合均匀.<br />
3. 热锅,倒入适量的油,把猪肉炸至熟透(不要炸太久哦,猪肉会变硬),沥干油,备用.<br />
4. 再另一个锅子,热锅后倒入1tbsp油,加入蒜米炒致香,倒入混合均匀的酱料中小火煮至浓稠 (试味道,不够甜就加糖,不够酸可以加番茄/醋,味道因人而异)<br />
5. 最后将猪肉加入拌炒至酱料均匀裹在猪肉即可.<br />

工作, 煮饭, 吃饭, 上网, 睡觉...尤其习惯了与友人住的蚊子, 当自己变成独居时, 交友圈变得更狭窄, 有时连逛街买衣服都变成上网买好了.<br />
就连煮饭习惯了煮多人份, 现在分量要慢慢的调适..确保不要浪费食物.有时甚至3餐都吃同样的食物(因为煮太多了! XD)更多的是因为懒惰煮.<br />

这就是一个人的生活啊! 蚊子必须习惯了~<br />

1. 热锅,加入洋葱拌炒2分钟, 再加入蒜米五花肉,和泡菜拌炒5分钟.<br />
2. 加入适量的洗米水(可以用普通水代替), 大火煮滚后, 调小火煮20-30分钟.<br />
3. 加入调味料韩国辣酱,辣椒粉和盐, 调大火煮滚<br />
4. 最后加入切厚片豆腐煮1-2分钟即可!<br />

马铃薯 1颗 (蛮大颗的)<br />
萝卜 一条<br />
大洋葱 1颗<br />
日式咖喱块 半包<br />

1. 将鸡腿去骨,切成块<br />
2. 将马铃薯和萝卜切成一样的大小<br />
3. 洋葱切丝<br />
4. 热锅,加入一汤匙的油,加入洋葱用中火炒软,<br />
5. 接着加入鸡肉块,萝卜马铃薯,拌炒大约5-10分钟.<br />
6. 加入水大约盖过材料一点点即可,大火至滚后,调至小火焖20分钟至马铃薯软透.<br />
7. 将咖哩块切成小块,加入锅里搅拌至融化。<br />
8. 开大火将汤汁煮至浓稠即可. (一定要一直轻轻搅拌, 不然底部会烧焦)<br />

最重要的是这食谱属于比较健康的哦! 因为真正的玉米烙要用很多油的, 比较像用炸. 虽然炸的当然比较好吃, 但是健康还是重要啦...哈哈!<br />

4. 要吃的时候记得可以把容器从冰箱里拿出放在室温约5分钟. (这样冰淇淋比较容易挖 ^^)<br />

2. 将杯子烤盘(muffin tray) 放进烤箱中加热<br />
3. 面粉平铺在另一个烤盘上, 放进烤箱里约3-4分钟.<br />
4. 在一个平锅子上, 用小火把砂糖炒至热为止.<br />
5. 将热砂糖倒入鸡蛋中, 用电动打蛋器高速打至浓稠泛白(可以画出8字).<br />
6. 将面粉过筛, 分三次加入鸡蛋面糊中. (每一次加入可以用电动打蛋器最低速度搅拌5秒)<br />
7. 最后再用刮刀轻轻的搅拌均匀即.-<br />
8. 把烤箱温度调低至180-200度<br />
9.将预热好的杯子烤盘抹上一层油, 在倒入8-9分满的面糊.<br />
9. 放进烤箱烤约10-12分钟即可.<br />

烫种<br />1. 把面粉和水放入锅内, 用小火煮到浓稠. 一定要不停搅拌防止粘锅.<br />
2. 烫种成型后离火, 代凉备用.<br />

1. 温牛奶内加入酵母, 盖起来等大约5分钟. (温牛奶是不烫手即可)<br />
2. 大盆内加入高筋面粉, 烫种, 糖, 盐, 蛋液 和牛油.<br />
3. 用手搅拌均匀, 加入酵母牛奶, 继续搅拌成团即可.<br />
4. 取出面团, 揉搓面团大约10分钟面团柔软.<br />
5. 把面团裹上一层薄薄的面粉, 放入大盆中, 盖上保鲜膜.<br />
6. 放在室温大约45分钟. (天气冷的话可以放进烤箱, 里头可以放几杯热水)<br />
7. 45分钟后面团会大两倍, 把面团取出, 用手把面团压平排气.<br />
8. 把面团分割8份, 然后搓长条状, 围着香肠绕圈, 收口.<br />
9. 然后第二次发酵45分钟, 涂上一层蛋液.<br />
10. 把面包放进已预热180度烤箱, 烤15分钟.<br />
11. 把面包取出, 涂上一层糖水, 再进烤箱烤2分钟.<br />
12. 最后把面包取出, 再涂上一层糖水, 代凉.<br />

1. 热一锅水, 把面和里头的干菜包倒进去.<br />
2. 用筷子把面弄散开<br />
3. 当面煮熟时用汤勺拿掉多余的水份, 剩下的水份大约面的一半即可.<br />
4. 加入韩国辣酱拌均匀, 再加入即食面包里头的油和炸酱粉.<br />
5. 把火调到中大火,把调味料拌均匀直到水份稍微收干即可. (大约1分钟)<br />
6. 盛入盘中, 放上黄瓜丝.<br />

5. 用中火把泡菜面糊煎香, 至到表面凝固, 即可翻面煎另一面.<br />

1. 糯米粉和水混合均匀, 用手搓至表面不黏手.<br />
2. 把其中的一小份, 大约"拇指头"分量放进一锅滚水中煮熟. (放糯米团浮上水的表面就是熟)<br />
3. 熟糯米团加入"未熟糯米团, 用手搓至均匀. (太粘手可以加入少许粉).<br />
4. 糯米团分割10-12 分量. (蚊子还有多余的粉团,就拿来制作普通汤圆了)<br />
5. 每个粉团滚圆, 用手捏个碗状, 放入一颗黑芝麻馅, 包起来.<br />
6. 在一个深锅煮滚水, 把汤圆放入锅中, 用勺子轻轻搅动汤圆以免粘锅.<br />
7. 汤圆浮上水面时, 在等多1分钟,才把汤圆捞出来.<br />
8. 淋上姜汁糖水, 开餐!!<br />

4. 把锅子泡在冷水, 让馅料冷却, 这时后加入Vanilla Extract,搅拌均匀.<br />

1. 烤箱预热220-230度.<br />
2. 挞皮从冰箱拿出来, 把馅料分到每个挞皮上.<br />

1. 牛油放入微波炉30秒溶化.<br />
2. 加入糖搅拌均匀.无需打发. <br />

4. 加入过筛的面粉和泡打粉, 轻轻的拌匀. (不要过地搅拌哦!)<br />
5. 无糖巧克力放入微波炉热约30秒至融化.<br />
6. 把(4)的面糊拿出一小部分和巧克力酱拌匀.<br />
7. 把普通面糊分到每一个纸杯中, 再加入巧克力面糊.<br />
8. 用筷子在面糊上画圈圈,或由下画上. 形成了大理石的感觉.<br />
9. 烤箱预热180度, 烤20分钟.<br />

泡菜 适量 (分量和猪肉差不多) <---分量不是重量哦! 呵呵<br />
麻油 1 tsp<br />

1. 把材料2 混合均匀,盖上保鲜膜腌制15分钟.<br />
2. 把材料3的泡菜切段, 加入麻油和糖混合均匀. <br />
3. 再热锅上加入少许油, 把腌制好的肉加进去中火拌炒3分钟. (肉没有呈现粉红色)<br />
4. 加入材料3, 继续拌炒大约4-5分钟.<br />
5. 把青葱加入拌炒2分钟.<br />
6. 准备一个深锅, 把水煮沸后, 小心把豆腐放进去煮1-2分钟, 即可捞出来切片.<br />
7. 把切片的豆腐摆在盘子旁, 中间放上猪肉泡菜!<br />
<br />
吃的方式: 一片豆腐上加一片三层肉,和一片泡菜. 一口吃下去啦! 哈哈<br />

牛油 (溶化)<br />

1. 用擀面棍把酥皮杆开成大块, 大约2mm薄.<br />
2. 在酥皮上抹一层牛油, 再撒上一层糖.<br />
3. 用汤匙背部轻压砂糖.<br />
4. 把酥皮翻另一面, 重复2和3步骤.<br />
5. (看图)<br />
6. 包上保鲜膜, 放入冰箱20分钟.<br />
7. 取下保鲜膜, 把蝴蝶酥切半寸厚.<br />
8. 摆在已抹上少许油的烤盘上, 在蝴蝶酥的尾部用手指轻捏让它呈现"V"型.<br />
9. 每块蝴蝶酥扫上一层牛油,放入已预热200度的烤箱, 烤 12分钟.<br />
10. 烤好的蝴蝶酥最后扫上一层的蜜糖, 代凉~<br />

2. 加入冷牛奶,糖和盐, 搅拌均匀.</div>

3. 用手试一下牛油温度 (要温温的), 加入鸡蛋和酵母搅拌均匀. 静置1-2分钟.</div>

4. 把液体倒入盆子里, 加入普通面粉, 然后搅拌均匀. (这时候的面团会是非常粘的)</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
5. 盆子盖上保鲜膜或盖子, 放在室温下发酵1个小时成双倍的分量.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
6. 用手把面团排气, 然后把面团揉个2-3分钟, 盖上保鲜膜让他继续发酵30分钟. (这时候的面团比较没那么粘性了)</div>

7. 在工作台上撒上面粉, 把面团放在工作台, 用手把面团排气和揉几分钟直到面团成光滑就行. (面团还是很粘手的话就加多一些面粉就可)</div>

8. 面团分割6份, 每份人揉成长条形, 再把它卷起来. (还是看<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T8NVqDQZWgk&list=UU8gFadPgK2r1ndqLI04Xvvw" target="_blank">Video</a>比较懂... 哈哈哈)</div>

9. 把面团放在已刷上一层油的烤盘上, 每个面团之间要有一些空位.</div>

10. 继续让它最后的发酵1个小时, 之后涂上一层蛋白液.</div>

11. 烤箱预热180度, 烤15-17分钟.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
12. 把面包拿出来, 再涂上蛋白液, 再放进烤箱烤1-2分钟至金黄色即可.</div>

1. 把面粉过筛, 加入豆渣,糖,盐和酵母 混合均匀.<br />
2. 把豆浆慢慢倒入, <span class="st">揉搓直到面团光滑不粘手. (大约5-6分钟)</span><br />
<span class="st">3. </span><span class="st">用湿布/保鲜膜盖起来放在室温</span><span class="st">发酵1.5-2个小时直到分量成两倍大.</span><br />
<span class="st">4. 在面团撒上少许粉, 搓揉5-6分钟.</span><br />
<span class="st">5. </span><span class="st"><span class="st">把面团擀成长方形,</span></span><span class="st">在长形边慢慢卷上去,收口.</span><br />
<span class="st">6. </span><span class="st"><span class="st">用刀切段, 放在烘培纸.</span></span><br />
<span class="st"><span class="st">7. 继续让他发</span></span>酵40-45分钟.<br />
8. <span class="st">放入蒸笼中火蒸12分钟.</span><br />
<span class="st">9. </span><span class="st">蒸好后不要即刻拿出来,先关火让面团在蒸笼里放2-3分钟,再拿出来.</span><br />

1. 把黄豆洗净, 再用水浸泡过夜. (水要掩盖过黄豆2-3cm)<br />
2. 把浸泡的水倒掉, 如果不要黄豆皮可以这个时候拿掉.<br />
3. 黄豆倒入果汁机, 加入1300ml水, 搅打大约5分钟. (如果果汁机不够大,可以分次进行搅打)<br />
4. 把豆浆倒入豆浆袋中,加入剩下的1300ml水, 挤出豆浆. (蚊子没有豆浆袋, 用了网子较小的筛过滤2次)<br />
5. 过滤好的豆浆倒入深锅, 加入香兰叶.<br />
6. 用中火煮滚, 再调小火煮20分钟. (一定要不停搅拌, 不然会焦底)<br />
7. 最后加入适量的糖搅拌至溶解即可.<br />

冷热豆浆都好喝!<br />

1. 把奶油用打蛋器打发变白, 加入糖继续打发至松.<br />

3. 加入一半的面粉轻轻拌匀, 加入一半的牛奶拌均匀. (重复同样的动作加完剩下的面粉和牛奶)<br />
4. 最后加入蓝莓,轻轻搅拌均匀.<br />

4. 煮一锅水, 把香兰叶放进锅, 再加入白木耳,薏米,红枣和龙眼干煮滚10分钟. <br />
5. 调小火煮大约1个小时.<br />
6. 加入冰糖调味.<br />

蚊子没买春酱(韩式黑酱), 就用了甜面酱代替.还真的有什么就用什么呢! 蚊子没吃过真正的韩式炸酱面(除了方便面外), 所以味道大概大概的琢磨. 还好味道出来蛮不错呢~ 如果你们试过用这个却不像真正的话, 不要拿木棍打我啊~~ 呵呵 >.<<br />

玉米粉/蜀粉(勾芡用)<br />
麻油 1/2 tsp<br />
面条<br />

<b><span style="color: #ea9999;">酱料:</span></b> (混合)<br />
甜面酱 半包 (大约3 Tbsps)<br />
黑酱油 1/2 tsp <br />
辣椒粉 1/3 Tbsp<br />
酱油 1/2 Tbsp<br />
糖 1 tsp<br />

<b><span style="color: #93c47d;">佐料:</span></b><br />
黄瓜 切丝/切片<br />
<br />
<span style="color: purple;"><b>做法:</b></span><br />
1. 热锅, 倒入少许油. 当油热后加入五花肉煎香.<br />
2. 多余的油可以倒掉, 加入白菜,萝卜和葱头炒软.<br />
3. 把材料推到锅的一端, 倒入少许油, 加入混合均匀的酱料稍微炒香, 再把刚才的材料拌炒均匀.<br />
4. 倒入水大约稍微淹没材料即可.<br />
5. 大火煮滚后调中小火焖煮20分钟.<br />
6. 准备一些蜀粉水倒入酱料把酱汁煮至浓稠.<br />
7. 最后倒入麻油拌炒均匀即可.<br />
<br />
酱料准备好后, 就可以把它淋上面条, 再放上黄瓜丝~<br />
