黄金番薯蛋 ~Fried Sweet Potato Balls

嘴巴突然感觉到很痒...怎么办??就跑到冰箱前面打开冰箱的门...然后看看有什么东西会从里面长出来让我解解馋~哈哈!! 哦!!我看到了还剩下的番薯!!yeah!!那天用来煮了"番薯西米露..剩下的就收起来..每次收进冰箱的东西都不知何年何月才会拿出来...有时最后都要送进垃圾桶..~可怜啊~可怜~~浪费啊~浪费~~....言归正传! 这道小食是很简单~又容易处理的~尤其热腾腾的从油锅出来时..哇~~真是很像一口接着一口的吃了!!但不行~~会发热气..还是放凉些才吃.. 嘻嘻

哈哈~~不好意思咯...有些还没弄圆..就放下去炸了...结果...哈哈哈哈!!你可以选择"无视掉"!!哈哈

食谱来自: Jane's Corner

材料:

1磅番薯,12大匙面粉,3 1/2大匙细纱糖,少许水

做法:

  1. 番薯切片蒸熟, 趁热压烂加入细砂糖拌均,倒入面粉拌匀慢慢加入清水揉成软团(看况加水,粉团太干可以多加),用手搓成小圆粒备用。
  2. 锅里加入适量油烧热,放入番薯蛋用中小火炸,炸至金黄色后,捞起即可
