Pancake~美式松饼

食谱来自: 卡洛甜蜜屋

材料:
160g 低筋面粉
2tsp 发粉
180ml 牛奶
1 鸡蛋
1tbsp 食油
1/2tsp 盐
20g 糖



做法:

1。低筋面粉加入发粉过筛。
2。混合以上材料,置放30分钟。
3。用不粘锅煎,不需要放油。
4。放两汤匙混合料,看到表面出现凹洞,便翻面。
5。两面煎熟即可。


ps: 要时时注意火候,不然就像我的黑人白人都参在一起~哈哈!!
